Volunteer as a Mentor
At Big Brothers Big Sisters, our volunteers give back to their community through mentorship. By hanging out with your mentee for a few hours twice a month, you can help ignite a child’s potential.
When it comes to outings, we believe the quality of time invested with your mentee is more important than the amount of money you spend. The goal of this friendship is to help a child see the world through a different lens and inspire them to become something they never thought possible.
As a mentor, you can have a huge impact on your mentee’s life in the smallest moments. Enjoy an afternoon playing catch at the park. Have a sand castle contest at the beach. You can even join us at one of our free match events with other Bigs and Littles thanks to our generous partners.
