THE CALL TO SERVE
Christians are called to service. Becoming a mentor is a meaningful way to use your time and talents to help those in need. For over 50 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has been a beacon of mentorship, serving youth in Orange County and the Inland Empire as a non-profit. The majority of those we serve live below the poverty line.
What Does It Take?
As a mentor, you’ll serve as a positive role model for a child in your community between the ages of 6 and 16. Commit to meeting with them a couple of times a month for at least a year. By giving a little time and sharing your heart, you’ll open their eyes to new possibilities and inspire potential. Our organization will provide the necessary support and guidance. While the journey may present challenges, the rewards are immeasurable.

OUR PROGRAMS

Community MENTORING
Community Mentoring matches adult volunteers with youth aged 6 to 16 for get-togethers twice a month.

BIG COUPLES
Big Couples pair committed couples (together 2+ years) with a Little Brother aged 6 to 16 to spend time together or on their own for greater flexibility.

SPORTS BUDDIES
Sports Buddies pairs active adults with youth aged 11 to 14 for fun activities we organize a couple of times per month. Once matched, just show up and we’ll handle the rest.
