In this week’s Orange County Business Journal, our CEO Sloane Keane wrote an op-ed emphasizing the role mentorship plays in equipping tomorrow’s workforce. 

“I’m encouraged to have executives like those in the CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County (CLA-OC) rise to the challenge and embrace mentorship as a solution for creating and sustaining jobs,” she wrote. “What if more local leaders put words into action? We’d like to invite Orange County’s CEOs and their employees to become more involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters.”
